Kelowna Catering is excited to launch in the Okanagan. Phillip Caragannis, Beau McQuat are looking forward to becoming the go to cater for mid to large sized events and to add an experience and quality that is unmatched in the Okanagan.

The duo have over 40 years of restaurant and catering experience. Phillip has started a premier catering and event planning business in Edmonton in addition to his responsibilities as Executive Chef for a large hospitality group. Beau has had vast responsibilities with some of the largest and best franchisee groups, ranging from Kitchen Manager to Regional Manager of multi unit franchises.

They will be using commercial kitchens in Kelowna and West Kelowna to ensure quality from North to South Okanagan. With their strong ties in Kelowna, there is no job to big for them to handle. In addition to the kitchens, they have a large and strong team around them to ensure your event is elevated.

The idea for Kelowna Catering came because at their roles at restaurants in Kelowna and West Kelowna they were getting asked to provide catering services. However, since they are at a franchise group, their abilities to help fill those needs were limited. With Kelowna Catering, they are able to use their experience and skills to create a menu for any event.
